Taylor's Hill have definitely exceeded my expectations. I bought a great car at a great price from them and every single question and issue has been resolved quickly and professionally.
Whether it was a question about the free AA cover or an issue that arose with the car, they have sorted everything out without a fuss. When it comes to service they clearly value their customers - even after the sale.
Sometimes things go wrong when buying a used car - the important thing is how the company responds and rectifies things - and I can honestly say Taylor's Hill have been exceptional.
I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

From the very 1st phone call to ask about the car to driving away in it i cannot fault them. I live two and half hours away from the place so I didn't want to have a wasted journey. I arranged to travel up to look at the car for Sunday morning and they agreed to hold the car to give me 1st choice. Over the phone they gave me the lowest and highest offer for my car in part exchange subject to it being as I described it. The price the offered me was very fair and the car I was interested in was also a fair price, anyway me and the Mrs got there Sunday morning at the agreed time and was offered a coffee and we had a general chit chat between us all. We were given the keys to the car to have a look inside and out without all of the usual salesman talk. The car was exactly how it was described to me over the phone, we went for a test drive and came back to try and sort a deal, I was offered the top end price for my car and got a bit knocked off the price of the car I wanted. 1 hour later my new car was taxed and all paperwork for both cars was done there and then. Cannot fault these people in anyway whatsoever, polite, friendly and genuine. When it's time for me to change my car then this place will be my first port of call. Thanks gents for everything and I wish you the best of luck with the business. 100%. Oh and yes I love the Ford ST Focus i got from you. It's been a brilliant car and I can assure you it has come to a good home. Thankyou again.

From my initial enquiry right through to collection Saj and his colleagues looked after us really well! They went the extra mile to ensure the car was ready for me to collect as I only had one free day to travel down. We were able to inspect the car thoroughly without any pressure and found it to be exactly as described. After a test drive the transfer was smooth and Saj has since kept in touch to ensure I am still happy and have no issues! Thanks 👍

I held off writing this review for 6 months because I wanted to use the car and have it go through MoT and full service. It has just gone through and passed perfectly.
I would highly recommend Taylors Hill Motors; great customer service, very transparent and credible in what they say. A smart business model that produces affordable, reliable cars for customers.
The only slight downside was I part exchanged and would have liked a bit more for my car, but who doesn't want more money?
Very good though. Next time I need a car I will be returning here.

Bought a Renault Clio that had a few issues on a test drive. The team sorted it out and replaced parts as a result and ensured all resolved before we bought it. Almost a month later they took it back in and replaced front tyres free of charge. Professional and helpful and would highly recommend.

Taylors Hills Motors provided me with one of the best customer service I have ever recieved.
They were completely honest with me and I have trusted them the moment I spoke to them. They provided me with the "before" pictures of the car, before I bought if off them and saw the car (was a category S car which was FULLY repaired). They were completely transparent.
Every single member of their team was welcoming, friendly and honest.
Also, they were very accommodating to my needs when buying a car. On top of this, they even welcomed my previous car as a part exchange, which i was very thankful for.
They also provided me with a good warranty service.
However, the reason why I am very impressed with their customer service is in regards to the after care for the car I bought off them. AFTER I bought the car off them, there were very minor issues (thermostat needed replacing etc) and the team were very very helpful and sorted this out for me completely. They communicated well with me, and prioritised the work needed on my car. This is when I realised they were a trustworthy company.
I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Very good value for money. You will be in safe hands.

I recently purchased a blue Vauxhall Agila from Taylors Hills Motors. The help and service I received was great, the staff helped with delivery of my car and also has help me with any small issues I've had. They have never been to busy to answer my calls or speak to my partner and I about anything that we were unsure of about the car. Even after purchasing the car, the help they have us given is fantastic. I would definitely recommend buying from Taylors Hills Motors. As a first time driver and buyer they made the process very easy and answered all of my questions and was very patient with us. My family and I are very happy with our purchase.

Bought a car off these guys. Very honest, good motor. I had a problem with an oil leak 5 months later, I rang and asked if my warranty covered it..it didn't but they fixed it and it only cost me parts. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. If your looking for a mid range car this is the place. They've only being going a few years but the way there running it they will definitely grow. Great ppl nice to deal with, I recommend and will be back. Thanks gents!

I bought a cat S A3.The car was as described. Professional repair, can't even tell that it was involved in accident.
The seller was very honest and he showed me the car pictures before repairs.
It's been two month now having this car and I'm so happy with it. Definitely would come again for an upgrade.

We bought a vw polo from this garage in November it was a cat n car but you would never have known it was mint condition.
It was for my son's fist car for his birthday after only a few miles we had a problem with the turbo which the guys got sorted on the warranty which was a very simple process.
Then the battery died which they replaced with no cost to us.
I would not hesitate to recommend this garage the cats are good quality and the after care is the best of had by far from any garage.

Fantastic experience buying a Peugeot from Taylor Hills back in September. Car was immaculate inside and out. Repair to front left wing was done to a high level - could not tell it was a CAT N!
People at the garage were very friendly, sorted a MOT on the daily quickly.
Have been driving it for 2 months now and have had no issues so far - would definitely buy from here again.

Everyone should be careful nowadays with all the scamers and especially if you want a home delivery. Because I was fairly far away I asked for a home delivery. We spoke via whatapp, any documentation I did ask, was provided. A deposit was paid before delivery and the major lump, after delivery. What was in the photo, that was what I got. As for a test drive, the car was driven to my house for 80 miles, so it did pass.
I do recommended these guys.

Nad was really helpful, answered all my questions. Car was delivered (over 100 miles away) to myself on agreed date and time. Car in great condition, and came with 6 months MOT, 3 months warranty and 1 year free AA breakdown cover. 2 keys and full service history. Good communication from start to finish. Very trustworthy dealership. Thank you for my new (used) car!

Every issue I've had has been resolved with a smile and a handshake. Nad has been kind and communicative throughout and was very easy to buy from, and the garage offers a wide range of services and has contacts for those it does not. If you have any problems the team are more than happy to sort them out- and do so fairly. Would recommend

Little over a week ago I purchased a BMW 320 XDRIVE. The service I received from Taylors Hill motors was first class. They promptly sent me a number of extra photos of the vehicle, which I requested due to it being a CAT S. They reassured me the vehicle had been fully repaired to a high standard offering me a lengthy warranty for my peice of mind. This is what clinched rhe deal for me knowing if there are issues i would be covered. I traded my old car and was given a reasonable offer fo which i was happy with. My new car was delivered near to my location with them charging a reasonable rate. The hand over was effortless with all relevant paperwork sorted by the company. I have driven the car a couple of times over the week and am amazed how great it drives. At the time of writing this review i can say i am a happy customer and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much Taylor Hill. 😊

AMAZING SERVICE provided from the staff members, they are very helpful and informative from start to finish. I have purchased from many different dealers however this was by far the best experience I have had as they went above and beyond to ensure I had the right car for the best experience, they were very honest and transparent with everything about the car. Process was smooth, quick and straightforward.
I bought a BMW from them about a month ago and had a fantastic experience, car was exactly as described and in pristine condition. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable and knew every detail about the car they were selling.
I had even got a phonecall from one of the staff members a week or so after I bought the car too make sure I was totally satisfied and not facing any problems.
Car was in very good order both body work wise and mechanically, so far I have done about 1500 miles and its been mechanically sound, I would definitely recommend purchasing from here to anyone including friends and family as their service is exemplary.
I left feeling very happy with my new car and the service I received.

Great service really pleased I found them.
I purchased a car last year it was a great price and the car was immaculate. Had a minor problem at start with air con but as soon as I told them they immediately rectified it and the car has been brilliant runs brilliantly and passed its MOT no problems.
Had to sell car as wanted a brand new car so sold back to Taylor's Hill for a very good price better than any other local offers.
I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable 2nd hand car.
They even gave m a lift back to the train station when I sold them back the car. Fantastic 5 star service.

Just purchased a 2019 Vauxhall Corsa 1.4i Griffin 5dr from here. Really helpfully and brilliant service, had a test drive of the car, and no problems. The car was Cat S damage, which has been professionally repaired, you would not have known it previously had damage. They were completely transparent with everything and didn't hesitate to allow me to fully inspect the car before purchase. The price I paid was a good price for the car. The car came with a 3-month warranty, but in my case the car still had 2 ½ years manufactures warranty. All the paperwork was provided as expected, I would certainly not hesitate to buy another car from them. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Audi A5 2.0 TDI SE Sportback (2011) from Taylor Hill Motors on Sat 24/08/20, just off the Lilley/Hitchen exit. At first it was difficult to find their car garage but they drove out to meet us and then drove us directly to their garage. I thought this was really good of them.
They were all very open and transparent about the car I came to see. There was no pushy salesmen techniques. They allowed us to test drive the car for as long as we wanted. All requested paperwork was available for us to check. We asked questions upon questions and they were more than happy for us to take our time in looking over the car and logbook and service records.
We spent 2 hrs with the Audi A5.. never once did they show any loss of patience. Any nerves I had were put to rest. They ensured all paperwork was completed and emailed over to us. I left as a very happy customer as did many other people who had come to see other cars' that day. It's a real family run business and everyone shows passion for the cars they have on show.
Thank you to all that helped me complete my purchase. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. They are worth the trip. If I'm in the market for another car, then I'll definitely stop over at theres.
